Beauty with Alys requires a 5 service minimum.

For each reserved event, compensation for travel is formulated by mileage - $1.50 per mile (round trip). A relocation fee of $50 will be collected if client requests that makeup artist travel to one location (Ex: Hotel) and unpack/pack then travel to an additional location (Ex: Venue). The relocation fee is subject to change depending on mileage. If travel time exceeds 3 hours, lodging accommodations are required.

Be ready to begin at the allotted time to ensure schedule adherence

I kindly ask that each guest stay seated once their application begins

If a guest wishes to brush their teeth, please do so BEFORE Lips + Touch Ups 

Initial lip application will be applied using the makeup artist products - it is up to each guest (other than the bride) to have a personal lip product on hand once makeup artist departures for re-applying lips throughout the evening!

Each guest can do their normal skin care routine the morning of to lock in hydration before their makeup application begins

I encourage all my client’s to get a facial the week of your wedding (this should NOT be a time for trials), ideally, 1-3 days before your big day! I recommend monthly facials starting six months before your wedding date. Your skin will be glowing in the best way possible! Make sure you are cleansing your skin twice daily (morning and night) and lathering the moisturizer. Exfoliate maximum 1-2 times a week. Hydrate and drink plenty of water!

To secure your wedding date, I require a 25% deposit of the total amount.

Yes! I charge a $450 second artist fee.

As the lead artist (Beauty with Alys LLC.), all coordinating, scheduling, and final timeline planning is the lead artist responsibility. The second makeup artist fee covers noted above, the second makeup artist day of minimum, and their travel cost associated with the project.
